Each class will go over previously learned techniques to reinforce the learning. When we reinforce the curriculum, it becomes second nature. During high stress you fall back to your lowest level of training. This will make sure that you have a defense in case you have to fight.

The classes will be every Sunday after that for 8 weeks from 3pm - 5pm at Anytime Fitness
Week 1: Boxing: Punch. Jab, cross, hook, upper cut. proper footwork.
Stance distance angle. Situational Awareness
Week 2: Grip fighting. Defend against the push. Forward choke, rear choke,
wall choke, headlock, grab defense, escapes.
Week 3: Knees and Kicking and elbows trips and sweeps. Round, low, Stance.
Week 4: Parry and catch. Boxing defense. Front Barrier Trapping. Cover
Head, body Movement.
Week 5: Groundwork. Take downs and defending take down.
Week 6: Positional on the ground. Ground escapes. Getting off your back,
making distance, technical stand up.
Week 7: Striking on the ground from positions offensive and defensive.
Week 8: Single stick and basic knife offense and defense.
